BRITISH ARMY SEALED PATTERN RAILWAY SIGNAL FLAG

For the collector that has everything .... A sealed pattern railways red ( stop) signal flag. Actual flag is marked 1940 with broad arrow and manufactures name,followed by a series of stamps 1959, 1965, then finally removed from service in 1999. Very fine ,clean condition.
