Description
1st pattern felt formation sign. Formed part of the BEF evacuated in 1940. Held the West flank of the Dunkirk perimeter. Later saw service in North Africa, Italy and Greece wearing the 2nd pattern sign. Some paper stuck to reverse. Ref Cole p37
