Framed 1917 Cornwall Womens War Agricultural Certificate. Cardiff Lady.

Given by the Cornwall WWA too a lady from Cardiff. Also found with the cert where a number of empty WW1 dated envelopes with Miss Collett's name and Cardiff address. Condition is very good , has the appearance of just having been taken off a wall and its a recent house clearance find from the Cardiff area.
