Russia WW2 Ssh40 Helmet - post war refurbishment 1950

WW2 pattern helmet and probably made during WW2. Has the orignal green painted finish, oil cloth liner and web chinstrap. The Shell with ink date stamp 1950. The Ssh40 immediate post WW2 helmets were exactly the same as wartime helmets , no modifications have been made. The Soviet Army had millions of helmets post WW2 and the only difference was the date stamp found in the interior rear of the shell. Refurbishments to these helmets continued to be made when needed and the first signs of this was in 1948. Perfect for a WW2 display.
