German Franco Prussian War, Heavy Glass Beer Stein

Original era manufacture. Heavy moulded glass beer stein with a pewter top and eagle thumb latch. The top is decorated with a panoply of arms and an Iron Cross at center. On one side are the dates 1870-71, and on the opposite 1897. Stands 7.25 inches in height.
