Scottish Imperial Era Fatigue Coat, Wee Willie Winkie Costume 1937

United Costumes Inc, manufacture. White cotton hip-length coat with British, King's Crown, general service buttons throughout. We have several of these on hand, being part of our costume house uniform purchase last summer. These will be sold singly, and appear to be in-house made by the costume company, reportedly were used in the 1937 Twentieth Century-Fox feature film 'Wee Willie Winkie' starring Shirley Temple. United Costumers Inc tag inside. Size about a 38 regular, yellowed from age, otherwise sound.
