Army (Heer) Panzer EM/NCO visor cap 'Schirmmütze' Peküro contracted by F. Eckhard, Hanau unit marked Pz. Abw. Abt. 36

Genuine and well preserved Panzer cap in very good condition. Retains its vivid colors and bright pink piping. Has a set of original national insignia period placed on the front of the cap. Maker marked by F. Echhard in Hanau, but the actual design can be attributed to Peküro. Typical for Peküro made visors is the black velvet band above the sweat band, and often the grey colored interior. No major damages, but has a few moth nips shown in the pictures. The visor bill shows some period reinforcements. Large size, marked 58. The cap retains its original shape and would be a top shelf item for any collection! Has name initial cyphers pierced on the sweat band 'A. Sch.' and has a unit mark from 2./ Pz. Abw. Abt. 36 (Panzerabwehr-Abteilung 36)
