Original era manufacture. Ceramic 9.5 inch dinner plate, with the regimental cypher for IR 53 at the top. No cracks or chips, shows wear to the edge decoration. 5th Westfalian Infantry Regiment Nr. 53, garrisoned at Koln (Cologne) and formed part of the VII Army Corps
