Imperial Austria, Central Powers, Landwehr Officers Double Breasted Coat

Original period manufacture. Fine quality double breasted coat, which may have been worn by a Landwehr officer. The body appears to be a very dark blue, with red wool collar, cuffs and piping. Double row of eight silvered alloy buttons on the chest, six on the decorative tail. White quilted silk body lining, with a red silk lining to the tails. Old costume house stamps inside. Size about a 38 regular. No moth issues to speak of.
