Original period manufacture. Unopened, US Army OD painted metal bodied Carlisle bandage, residing in a single snap, pointed flap, light OD canvas belt pouch. Maker marked and 1952 dated on the reverse, US stencil on the flap. Darkened alloy belt hook.
