US WWII Souvenir Patch Blanket, White-Tongue 101st ABN SSI, 256 Pieces

Original period manufacture. Another nice WWII relic, assembled by the same person who created the WWII German patch blanket we listed today. Both were purchased together, with each displaying identical edge trim of Kriegsmarine NCO tresse. This blanket consists of 256 pieces of mostly American, but some British emblems as well, each carefully hand sewn to the surface of the blanket. Highlights include the white-tongue 101st ABN patch, Ranger Patch, OD border 2nd Division patch, two different Polish shoulder scrolls and on and on. This would make a wonderful centerpiece for any WWII US insignia collection, or general collection as well. These blankets are just as we purchased them, nothing has been removed or added.
