WW2 RAF Solid Silver Pathfinder Badge

This is a jewellers commissioned version of an RAF pathfinder badge, with pin fixing and stamped SILVER to the reverse. Higher ranking officers from all arms of the military would sometimes commission privately made badges, this is the first Pathfinder badge I have come across.
