United States Navy Vietnam War Era Sub Mariner Badge

As used during the Vietnam war conflict this silver coloured sub mariners badge is marked on the back with 1/20 STL. FLD and H24N which I am taking to be a silver plate, it depicts two dolphin type creatures with a ship in between, it comes in very good condition and measures 2.75 inches long.
