It is a three-part plate in gilt metal with sterling silver embellishments, the centre harp and shamrock sit on a red silk velvet pad. This condition of this plate is outstanding with very little to no wear or loss to the original gilt. Guaranteed an original piece dating from 1881 to 1901.
