Original period photography. Sepia CDV full length image, identified as 2nd Lt.  von Kehler, who was killed in action on the 18th of August 1870, during the attack of the Prussian Garde Corps at St.Privat. He served with the 12th Company, 3rdBattalion of Kaiser Franz Garde Grenadier Regiment Nr.2.
