New & Boxed Vintage Ever Ready Police Lamp Torch

A good vintage boxed Ever Ready Police lamp torch, it comes with its original price ticket and instructions sheet, the original price for the torch was 17'6 which feels like it was expensive in its time. I don't think it has ever been used however it has picked up some rust spots mainly over the back case.
