1930's German NSKOV Veterans Pin.

The NSKOV National Socialist War Victim's Care (Nationalsozialistische Kriegsopferversorgung). Established in 1934, it was a social welfare organization for seriously wounded veterans and frontline fighters of World War I. it is in excellent condition with correct RZM mark on the back.
