WW2 Era Royal Irish Regiment Officers Mess Jacket.

A scarce WW2 era Officers mess jacket which belonged to Colonel G Lewis of the Royal Irish Regiment. This jacket is in very good order for its age, it has some minor moth damage and a little wear. The jacket is made of the usual scarlet Melton wool with green silk facings and a nametag inside with the above name etc and the size 48L also with the maker of Hawks & Co London.
