Scarce Victorian 100 Regiment of Foot Glengarry Badge.

Brass OR's glengarry badge of the Prince of Wales 100th Regiment of foot. This badge was used from 1875 to 1881. The regiment was raised in Canada 1858 and in 1875 was deemed successor to the 100th Foot. From 1881 it became known as the1st Battalion, The Prince of Wales's Leinster Regiment (Royal Canadians). This badge comes in very good condition but has suffered a little wear to the high points, but nice untouched condition.
