WH (Heer) M35 Camouflage Helmet

WH (Heer) M35 Camouflaged Combat Helmet (Stahlhelm M35). The steel construction reissued type M35 helmet retains most of its rough textured fieldgrey paint, on top of that remains of two-tone yellow/green coloured camouflage (field-applied) camouflage paint are clearly visible, I couldn't see a decal beneath the paint. All three liner retaining rivets are intact. The interior of the helmet is an M31 leather liner, all eight fingers are present, the leather is in very supple condition. The liner is size '57' marked. The drawstring is missing. The shell is marked with maker and size 'ET64' which indicates production by the company 'Eisen-und Hüttenwerke, AG' from Thale/Harz. The reverse interior neck guard apron has a stamped serial number '4759'. The helmet is showing normal traces of wear and usage. The helmet is complete with its original slightly shortened leather chinstrap. Nice and affordable original Camouflage helmet in good condition.
