WW2 British, Book, The Changing Face of Britain by Fougasse, 1940

Was £15 now £12 A very popular Christmas present on the Home Front of Britain in 1940. A lovely book that contrasts life before and after the beginning of hostilities, of its time but very funny. 'Fougasse' was the pen name for British cartoonist Cyril Kenneth Bird (1887 - 1965) who created cartoons for the popular magazine 'Punch'. He also created many of the well know posters of WW2 e.g. the 'Careless Talk Costs Lives' series. Please study the photo's as they form part of the description.
