Description
A very attractive early war Panzer wrapper constructed in black colored wool. The wrapper suffered from serval small moth damages but the overall look is still stunning. We received the wrapper out of the woodwork in Austria last summer and it came with a matching private purchased pair of black panzer winter trousers, a picture of the owner and 1943 Wehrmacht booklet. The jacket was totaly stripped of its insignia and after some extensive searching we found matching early insignia to complete this jacket. All insignia were professionaly restored in the correct manner. The early shoulder boards are slips ons and worth a small forturne on their own today. The jacket is dated 1940 and maker marked by W. Mohns & Co., Stettlin (a common maker for panzer wrappers). The wrapper is complete with all of its (often missing) black buttons, and waist ties. A been there wrapper, so seldom offered for sale!Price 4500 euro or 4000 euro without the shoulder boards.
