The cover “trích lời của Mao chủ tịch” means “Quotes From Chairman Mao.” This is the sort of thing carried by NVA Political Officers who actually outranked their military counterparts. The Party was superior to all organizations in the North. Lessons in communism were constantly being taught and reinforced by the NVA & VC Political Cadre. 384 pages; printed in China in 1967.
