Good Vintage United States Navy Boatswain Rating Bullion Arm Patch

This is a super quality arm patch made from silver bullion work, probably dating just post WW2, it denotes a boatswain mate rating as denoted by the bullion anchor below the eagle. It looks like it has never been used and is in very clean condition, measures nearly 6 inches long.
