18th Royal Hussars Theatre Made Cast Brass Badge

A large cast brass badge on brass bar with long integral loops to the reverse. Circa 1.8cms tall and 3.5cms wide. Not to be confused with the smaller shoulder title (see final photo for comparison - the latter for sale elsewhere). Whilst in the style of many theatre made slouch hat badges of the Boer War, on reflection this badge has more of an Indian made feel to it and was possibly worn by Indian mess servants in the turban. The Regiment spent many years in India. Purely speculation on my part and any information most welcome.Coll
