In a small blue card box, maker marked CIL (Canadian Industries Limited). Looks like the name of recipient has been tipexed over. Cotton wool protects the badge inside. A very small lapel badge with original screw post and retaining nut and maker marked JR Gaunt. Made in bronze and enamel. No damage to enamel. Circa 16mm tall. King's crown.In November 1925, the Canadian Legion was founded in Winnipeg, Manitoba, as the Canadian Legion of the British Empire Services League.
