WW1 Era Photograph Postcard RFA 'Tifies'

A nice photo postcard showing a group of men from the Royal Field Artillery in front of their tents, it is marked to the front RFA 'Tifies' I have not been able to work out what tifies are perhaps just a slang name for their unit?, the card is marked to the back, France August 30th Cyril'. Comes in very good condition.
