WW2 German Death Card

This one maybe a civilian casualty card as I cant identify a regiment or rank, the use of the word 'Obermuller' roughly translates as 'chief miller' and I can work out that the man Anton Hirschauer died on the 24th Feb 1944 possibly in a 'hostile' (maybe air) raid and before the completion of …...(cant translate word) at the age of 43. Comes in super condition.
