Pre WW1 German Booklet for Army Uniform Regulations

Issued in 1899 and was probably still current at the outbreak of the war, this A5 size booklet is a German army uniform regulations booklet, I would imagine it is very strict in its instruction of what and how uniform should be worn. Comes in fair condition, there are 30 pages in all, none are loose but the spine is worn.
