WW1 New Zealand NZ Military Forces Motor Reserve of Officers' Cap Badge

Very scarce brass cap badge with two loops to the reverse and makers details for Gaunt London, worn by the New Zealand Motor Reserve of Officers (only 178 officers). A stylized steering wheel, bearing the title 'N.Z. Military Forces Motor Reserve'. In existence for a very short period from 16 April 1913. Disbanded 11th February 1920. Circa 3.2cm in diameter. A lovely badge. Corbett's book p.189 refers.
