British Army - Royal Logistics Corps (RLC) Officer's Cap Badge and Matched Collar Badge Set, QEII Issue

A good 2nd pattern eight-pointed star with the topmost point displaced with a St. Edward's crown (QEII). Resting on crossed axes and surrounded by a laurel - wreath the Garter proper. Within the Garter an ordnance shield. At the base of the Garter a scroll inscribed' We sustain '. The shield in silver plate with the remainder in gilt and enamel inlay. The Cap Badge has two original long loops to reverse, of two part construction and maker marked 'Firmin'. Circa 43mm tall and 39mm wide. The collar badges are matching and have a single loop fitting to reverse of each. These are metal, not anodised. Circa 32mm tall and 28mm wide.Comm SiSa
