Scarce.The Public & Secondary School Cadet Association represented OTC units during the 1930's when War Office funding was low. Many OTC who were affiliated to this organisation wore their badges in lieu of a designated school pattern. The equivalent organisation for the Cadet Corps (pre ACF) was the British National Cadet Association.
