Royal Artillery RA Staybrite AA Anodised Aluminium Early Pattern with Brass Slider - Turner & Simpson Ltd

A beret sized other ranks cap badge with signs of service wear (top orb to crown is now missing) with rivted brass slider stamped T&S. T & S (Turner & Simpson Limited) were a very early maker of a/a badges from Birmingham's jewelery quarter. As per this one, one of their maker marks was 3 conjoined circles with the letters T&S inside. The badges from this company all have brass sliders riveted on to an a/a badge.
