German WWII Early M1933 SA Enlisted Dagger, Herder A. S. Mfg

Original era manufacture. Early quality dagger with nickel fittings, browned scabbard with typical denting to the lower fitting ball. Herder A. S. and the cross keys motto and trademark are quite clear. The blade is clean and bright, no corrosion problems, just some runner wear with some original cross grain polish visible. Nickel upper and lower guards, with an alloy eagle and enameled SA disc above. Dark brown wood grip, displaying light wear and age, no cracks or chips. WF (Westfalen) group mark on the reverse of the lower guard. Browned, near dent-free steel body retaining most of it's original finish, all fitting screws are present. Overall a very nice looking, solid example.
