WW1 2nd Battalion (Territorial Force) The Monmouthshire Regiment Brass Cap Badge

A scarce brass cap badge for this territorial regiment as worn from 1908 to 1922. In good condition with original slider, but note the wing tips have been shaped / curved downwards. The tail does have the distinctive arrow-head tail and is voided (see also my item 64088 for an earlier pattern). Apparently all four battalions wore this in brass pre WW1. J15.2
