WW2 BRITISH OFFICERS HAVERSACK

This is an officers haversack, which is also referred to as the valise bag. The haversack and shoulder strap are both maker marked 'MECo' for Mills Equipment Company and dated 1942. The world 'Lifeline' has been written on the top of the flap.
