Description
'Last-ditch' M44 pattern Waffen-SS tunic in unissued condition. This jacket is a M44 pattern but already simplified due shortages in 1945. As you can see no buttons were placed on the inner pockets and the internal suspenders for the belt hooks were also left out. This jacket NEVER had a army breast eagle and was factory made as a SS tunic, with the correct zig-zag applied sleeve eagle on the sleeve. The wool of this jacket is classic late war 'mustard' color. Maker marked by 164-172 and dated 1945. Stunning late war Waffen-SS M44 tunic!
