French WWI Real Photo Postcard, Soldiers of the 95th Rgt. 1914

Original era photography. A very clear image depicting 7 young French soldiers in full marching order and evidently ready for the Front. Their unit information is hand written at the top, and at the bottom, an ironic date of 11-11-14 is written, four years to the day before the war would end. The reverse reveals a short note written to a young girl or woman residing in Paris. I wonder how many of these men survived to see 11-11-18.
