Small sized gilt mounted with silver plated device as worn as a mess dress button button by an Officer of the Royal West Kent Regiment. Back-marked JR Gaunt Ltd, London. Fixed shank and circa 18mm in diameter. A small tarnish spot to gilt otherwise in good condition. Ripley No 633 refers.
