The Royal Fusiliers Regiment (City of London Regiment) (7th Foot) - Small Pattern Other Ranks Brass Cap Badge

A Victorian issue cap / collar badge with two original long dark toned loops to the reverse. Churchill confirms that this small pattern badge, which was also worn as a collar, was latterly fitted with a slider for wear on the Brodrick Cap 1898-1905 (p42 of the 'History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge' refers).
