The 4th Royal Irish Dragoon Guards Other Ranks Bi-metal Cap Badge

A bi-metal cap badge in good condition with original slider. Two sweat / braising holes to reverse of scroll. The star of St Patrick in white metal with brass title scroll superimposed. In 1922 it was amalgamated with the 7th Dragoon Guards, at which point it lost reference to its Irish pedigree. K&K Vol 1, 740 refers.
