Description

Unidentified pewter button, but possibly standing for Pompiers Local Municipale ( PLM ), a local volunteer fireman. Circa 21mm in diameter, made from pewter and with original integral shank to the reverse. Maker marked , AM & Cie (AM & Co) - Paris. Poor condition with some nibbles to the rope boarder. Circa 1870 - 1916.
