Japanese WWII Army Lt-Colonel Shoulder Strap

Original era manufacture. Red wool upper portion, with a double gilt brocade stripe flanked by twisted wire edging. Two metal stars set between the brocade bands indicating the rank of Lt-Colonel. Ribbed olive green wool underlay, the attaching tab is present, the hook is missing.
