North Vietnamese Army Field Modified ChiCom First Aid Pouch Turned Ditty Pouch

A really neat ChiCom first aid pouch which an NVA solider modified by adding buttons. The pouches carried individual field dressings and came with a cloth tie ties to hold down the flap. Apparently, the tie ties fell off. A quick fix was to cut two slits in the flap and sew on a couple small button which also fell off.
