WW2 Japanese Officer Okinawa Pencil and Protractor Set

This is a neat item carried in the mapcase. This lot is the pencil made in Okinawa and the protractor. Protractors are relied upon to plot distances between two points on a map. They are also necessary to document defensive range fans for rifles, machine guns, mortars, artillery etc.  In the defense you must know how far your unit can defend its location.  On a map you can tie-in adjoining positions and units to properly locate each position.
