North Vietnamese Army Viet Cong Officer's Early Canvas Belt with Brass Star Buckle

One of the standard issue early NVA belts is this canvas belt made by stitching two pieces together in eight parallel rows. These belts came with unmarked, cast or stamped, brass buckles with or without stars on the front. The VC also wore these belts if available in their district.
