North Vietnamese Medal for Senior Youth Member of the Communist Party

This is a seldom seen DRVN medal for a communist party Senior Youth member.  It was likely very difficult to earn but afforded the NVA Soldier who carried it South some clout with his Company Party Cadre during self criticism sessions.  This medal likely meant he had to be the first to cast the required discredit on himself but also meant his consequence was likely a bit more lenient than a non member.
