Cuban Army Shoulder Boards Full Colonel

In the latest Cuban rank system, shoulder boards are soft cloth, rather than the old Soviet style rank. A series of bars and stripes are used for lower ranking officers. Majors have one star. Lt. Colonels have two starts and full colonels have three stars.
