North Vietnamese Army Viet Cong Rifle Training Device

In an Army or Guerrilla force constantly low on ammunition for training, this sight device is the perfect way to teach a soldier proper sight alignment. This tool has rear sight and front sight devices for the K-44 Carbine, the round circle with post; the Mauser rear sight V notch  and the AK and SKS. In addition there are various size silhouettes that reflect the proper aiming point for various man size targets. These silhouettes could be placed at various distances from the front sight post to demonstrate how large a target might appear at a known distance.  The wing nuts allow the apertures to rotate so a soldier could train on the various small arms in a single training session. The white man size silhouette is attached via the wing nut so perhaps this is the battle site zero target look.
