ChiCom Khmer Rouge Pathet Lao First Aid Pouch with Field Dressings Bandages 1973

Nice ChiCom made first aid pouch with star snaps. These were issued to the NVA and VC in the early 1970s.  It is full of PRC made bandages for export. Given the late date this is likely for the Pathet Lao and Khmer Rouge but could be NVA VC.
